Our newest product and unique to Penguin Europe, Lamiflex is an underboard comprising a series of parallel slats covered by a sheet of specialised foil for heat distribution. Just place it on the floor, position the Green or GG10 cable in its channels and lay your laminate or timber floor on top. Lamiflex is supplied with double sided tape for securing to the floor and foil tape for holding the cable in position.
Lamiflex spaces the cables 80 mm apart, so that Green cable will provide maximum heat densities of 94 watts/sq.m. and GG10 will provide 125 watts/sq.m. if every channel is filled with cable. Typically, Green Gold cable is used in about 80% of the channels to provide 100 watts/sq.m. of heat.
